Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 05/18/2025

At Hello Darling Events and Productions, we understand that plans can change. However, due to the intimate nature of Dungeons & Dames: A Legendary Ladies Retreat, all bookings are considered final. Our policy is as follows:

Cancellations by Participant

• More than 60 days before the event (by August 17, 2025):

  • A full refund minus a $100 administrative fee will be issued.

• 30–59 days before the event (August 18 – September 16, 2025):

  • A 50% refund will be issued.

• Less than 30 days before the event (after September 17, 2025):

  • No refunds will be issued.

If you can no longer attend, your spot may be transferred to another eligible participant with prior approval.

Cancellations by Organizer

If the retreat must be canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, natural disaster, venue closure), participants will be offered:

• A full refund.

Transfers & Waitlist

• If you're unable to attend and we can fill your spot from our waitlist, we will refund your registration minus a $50 rebooking fee.
